Crushed Orchis root is poured with alcohol and mixed thoroughly. The mixture is placed in a refrigerator for 3 days. At the end of the three-day period, crumbled rye bread rusks are added to the tincture. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly again. Insist ready mixture for 2 months. Take 3 times a day, 100 ml. 30 minutes before meals.

Medicinal Orchis root is a universal remedy for strengthening the body, which is offered by all state pharmacies. But it is dangerous to prepare infusions and decoctions from it on your own at home, since exceeding the dosage can negatively affect the hematopoietic function.
