The benefits of chanterelles

Chanterelles are dried, pickled and salted. At the same time, their beneficial properties are preserved and help to heal many diseases.

It is useful to eat them in case of vision problems, they eliminate dry eyes and mucous membranes.

Regular use of chanterelle tincture promotes the elimination of parasites from the body. It is also useful for people who live in cities with environmental problems to take it.

This medicine is advised to be taken with a deficiency of vitamin A, copper and zinc. Chanterelle tincture with vodka is used to treat hepatitis C and liver diseases. It helps cleanse the internal organs during an exacerbation of the disease.

The composition and medicinal properties of chanterelles

These mushrooms contain components that protect the liver and have an antiparasitic effect. These include ergosterol, K-10 polysaccharide, quinomannose, and trametonolinic acid.

Quinomannose destroys parasites, if I may say so, in the "embryo". However, it does not have a detrimental effect on the internal organs. Ergosterol restores liver cells and cleanses it. Polysaccharide K-10 prevents the development of hepatitis.

They also contain vitamins PP, A, B1, amino acids, iron, selenium, copper and zinc. In order to preserve the useful properties of the product, it is dried only in partial shade at a temperature not higher than + 40 ° C. Also, good ventilation is arranged for them at this time.

Preparation of alcoholic tincture

There are several ways to prepare chanterelle tincture. One of the more popular options is to thoroughly wash and chop fresh mushrooms, then let them dry. When they are a little dry, they are ground in a meat grinder and poured with vodka. The medicine should be infused for 10 days, periodically shaken. Another way to prepare the tincture:

  • chop fresh chanterelles;
  • pour vodka so that it completely covers the mushrooms;
  • leave to infuse for 3 weeks in a dark place;
  • remove the mushrooms from the tincture and start using.

By the way. The medicine does not need to be filtered; the bottle is simply shaken before use. The tincture is also prepared from dried chanterelles:

  • dry mushrooms are ground into powder;
  • 3 tsp raw materials are poured with alcohol or vodka (150 ml);
  • leave to infuse for 2 weeks.

  • add another 1 glass of cognac to the mixture in the jar and let it brew for 2 days;
  • shake the bottle before use without straining;

These mushrooms are valued in folk medicine because they have an immunostimulating effect, help in the treatment of tumors, relieve inflammation, restore vision, and relieve night blindness (lack of vitamin A in the body). Irina Selyutina (Biologist):

In order not to confuse a real and a false chanterelle (orange talker), it is necessary to carefully examine the mushrooms when collecting, paying attention to the following features:

  1. Coloring: bright orange up to copper-red in the false chanterelle and even yellow in the common chanterelle.
  2. Hat: the edges are very even in the false and wavy in the real chanterelle.
  3. Hymenophore: lamellar in the false chanterelle and represented by thick folds in the real one.
  4. Spore powder: for the talker it is characterized by its white color, for the chanterelle it is yellowish.
  5. Leg: thick and filled with pulp in real, thin in false.
  6. The junction of the cap and the leg: the folds of the hymenophore of a real chanterelle so smoothly pass to the leg that they conceal the junction of these parts of the fruiting body, and in the talker it is clearly expressed.
  7. Pulp color: in the real one it is yellowish at the edges, and in the middle it is white, in the false one it is all painted uniformly in orange or yellow. If you press with your finger, then a real chanterelle will develop redness on the pulp, but a false one will not change anything.
  8. Smell: the false chanterelle is characterized by an unpleasant "amber"; the real one has a fruity or woody smell.

When collecting chanterelles for the preparation of medicine, it is important not to confuse them with doubles - false chanterelles. They often have worms, which are practically not found in real mushrooms. In addition to the fact that parasites are practically not found in real chanterelles, pay attention to:

  • places of growth: false chanterelles can be found on fallen trees, and real ones in moss (for example, on mossy stumps);
  • how do they grow: false chanterelles are found singly, while real ones grow in families.

Conclusion

Chanterelles are one of the healthiest mushrooms. Most often they are used to treat helminthiasis and viral diseases.

Tinctures based on these mushrooms help to cure liver and kidney diseases and give a positive result for cancer. There are contraindications in which the use of the medicine can be harmful. Before starting use, be sure to consult a doctor.
