Features of the variety

Due to the small number of stepchildren, the bush is better ventilated: thanks to the structure of the stems, the indoor and garden hybrid does not suffer from late blight. Bushes grow from 20 to 70 cm in height. Planting of seedlings is carried out in early spring - the Nepas 3 or 4 tomato is unpretentious in terms of care and temperature conditions in open areas.

Bushes in the garden are tied to arcs, and if planting is carried out in boxes, special supports are attached to its base. Tomato Nepas 12 (non-sunflower variety), like similar plants in the bred series, look neat and bear fruit well. Due to the compactness of the bushes, you can increase the amount of the crop without expanding the beds.

The description of the hybrid suggests that the fruits are suitable for harvesting for the winter or making homemade tomato paste. The yield of all types of one series is 5-6 kg of tomato per 1 m2.

Varieties of varieties

In total, Nepas has 14 varieties of fruits that differ in characteristics. Each gardener can choose a culture to taste ripe tomatoes that are used in cooking, eaten raw and pickled, in appearance and color. For convenience, each species has its own serial number: 2, 3, and so on until the number 14.

Nepas # 2

Unsaturated mid-early tomato №2 gives the first harvest on 100-110 days. The determinant plant grows up to 70 cm in height and bears fruit in regions with high humidity and dry summers. Fruits of the variety:

  • crimson;
  • round;
  • with a smooth surface;
  • with an average weight of 50 to 100 grams.

The second type of the series is resistant to adverse environmental conditions. The average yield of a bush is 4-5 kg. Bushes of the second type are dotted with fruits - the plant has good fruiting. Ripe tomatoes are used to make pasta and pickles for the winter.

Nepas # 3 and # 4

Unlike the second grade, the third belongs to early maturing crops (fruiting is reduced to 90 days). It is suitable for planting on unstable land: grown in a seedless way. The average height of the bush is 50 cm. The plant requires moderate pinching. The fruits of the third crop of the series are juicy, weighing up to 140 g - they make a delicious paste with a rich taste.

Another early maturing culture - Nepas 4 is suitable for planting in open ground and under a film cover. The determinant plant does not need pinching. The fruits of the bush are orange, weighing up to 70 g. The plant is resistant to apical and root rot.

Nepas # 5 and # 6

Fruits can be stored for a long time

Fruits can be stored for a long time

Tomato Nepas 5 is a mid-early crop that bears fruit on the 105th day after transplanting. The standard plant grows up to 60 cm and gives a stable yield.After harvesting, the crop can be stored for up to 2 weeks without losing its presentation: fruits of type 5 are dense with a thick skin - tomatoes are distinguished by an orange color and a characteristic spout.

The Nepas 6 red-nosed tomato weighs from 70 to 90 g: the taste of the fruit is rich, the flesh does not spread. The mid-season hybrid number 6 is grown outdoors or under a film cover. On the brushes of the bushes, 5-6 fruits are formed at once: a stable crop yield is up to 8 kg per 1 m2. The hybrid is resistant to common tomato diseases and tolerates heat or cold well. The main advantage of the variety is the good preservation of the fruits, which can be grown for sale and for long-term transportation.

Nepas # 7

The unsynchronized giant hybrid 7 belongs to the mid-early crops. The crop is harvested in late summer on the 105th day after planting seedlings on open ground or under a film shelter. The plant is standard and determinant - the height of the bush reaches 80 cm.

The bush is pinned sparingly, as needed. The fruits of the variety are weighty - 150-200 g each. Round shaped tomatoes with a smooth red skin. They have a rich, sweet and sour taste. The average yield of a bush is 7 kg per 1 m2. The advantages of the type of series include resistance to fusarium indentation.

Nepas # 8

Carrot tomato Nepas 8 is a mid-season hybrid that grows well outdoors. The standard plant is limited in growth. Hybrid No. 8 grows up to 70 cm in height: the bushes do not need to be pinned. 5-6 fruits are formed on the brushes.

The shape of the tomato is elongated, cylindrical, with a small "nose" at the end. The color of the fruit is deep red, the average weight is 50-70 g. The yield of one bush varies from 5 to 7 kg per 1 m2. The Nepas 8 hybrid is resistant to fungal diseases, it tolerates drought and heavy rain seasons well.

The non-sticking elongated hybrid 9 is suitable for open ground in regions with continental climates. The determinant plant reaches 80 cm in height: there is no need to pinch the bushes.

Characteristics of the fruit of hybrid number 9: cylindrical tomatoes, elongated, oblong, weighing 60 g and fleshy core. The hybrid is resistant to common tomato diseases and gives a stable harvest every year.

Nepas No. 10, No. 11 and No. 12

Variety 11 can be grown in all conditions

Variety 11 can be grown in all conditions

Tomato Nepas 10 is early ripe. It belongs to the determinant plants of the standard type. The height of the bush does not exceed 70 cm. The bush does not need compulsory pinching. Fruits of variety No. 10:

  • oval;
  • crimson with thin yellow stripes;

The plant is small in size, low (the bush grows up to 35 cm) and fruitful. The fruits of hybrid No. 11 are small, but juicy - the average weight of a tomato is 20 g. Grade 11 is shade-tolerant and germinates well in open ground and in greenhouses.

Ultra early hybrid 12 is suitable for seedless growing. The height of the bush reaches 50 cm, and the weight of the fruit is 150 g. The average yield of the hybrid is 7 kg per 1 m2. The early ripening culture is resistant to frost and sudden changes in ambient temperature.

Flat-round fruits weigh from 80 to 100 g each.Grade No. 14 is distinguished by excellent taste and resistance to adverse environmental conditions.

How to choose a variety

Nonsynthetic crops of the same series start growing equally quickly, so their choice depends only on the taste of the fruit.

How to choose a culture that is suitable for taste:

  1. Ripe fruits are useful for adults and children - they contain vitamins and nutrients. For fresh consumption or for preparing summer salads, the Nepas 2 tomato with fruits of a rich raspberry color and the 7th type of the series, characterized by large fruits - up to 200 g each, are suitable. The 3rd Nepas with beautiful pink tomatoes has good taste. Outdoors, Nepas 12 and 14 (sugar) ripens towards the end of summer, and ripe fruits have a distinct sweetish taste and firm flesh.
  2. For pickling and spinning for the winter. For the preparation of blanks, medium-sized fruits with a hard skin and a dense core are needed. Suitable for these purposes will be the tomato Nepas 4 with an orange tomato color, and the Nepas 6 tomato with fruits that stand out with a red nose.
  3. For decorating dishes. The indoor tomato Nepas 11 is suitable for decorating dishes and side dishes: thanks to the shape of the fruit, reminiscent of miniature cherry blossoms. The bush of hybrid No. 11 grows no higher than 35 cm and can be accommodated in the house.
  4. The elongated Nepas 9 tomato and the 10 striped type are prized for their decorative appearance: tomatoes are used to twist and decorate ready-made gourmet dishes.
  5. Variety No. 5 is distinguished by elongated fruits with an orange spout. Inside, the tomatoes are dense and juicy, which allows transporting the harvested crop over long distances: tomatoes do not deteriorate for a long time and retain their beautiful appearance.

Conclusion

Nepas is a special kind of tomato. These plants are well proven in terms of resistance to harsh temperature and weather conditions during growth and flowering. Their unpretentiousness and high yield makes them profitable for commercial cultivation.
